What is this song about? I cant really get any meaning out of the lyrics.

I would like to know myself. I became interested in this song when he sang it at the Tamar show, which he did in a very haunting and wickedly sexy way.

Some of the lyrics seem to be about Jesus Christ.

The beginning makes me believe that it's about the name change,but after listening further,I don't really know! It's beautiful,tho!

Never really heard the song.

Where are the old school fans on this site? People haven't heard this song...people just recently buying For You? Geez!

Sounds like it's about Jesus to me, but he could also be describing himself and his record-industry battles too.
