Let's not get all misty eyed about Prince being nominated for a Golden Globe. Sure, he was nominated for a Golden Globe and will possibly be nominated for an Oscar, but it is pretty rational to discern that a song from Dreamgirls will probably win both awards. Hollywood loves musicals, and the songs from musicals usually always win. And, lately they love to give out their pc African American award, so that they don't look racist. And, obviously, there's the fact that Prince already won an Oscar. It is simple, Prince will not win one grammy, Oscar or Golden Globe. He would be wise to stay clear of these award shows, or he may start doubting the power of Jehovah.

Dreamgirls will most surely grab a lot of Grammys, but don't count Prince out.

Who really cares anyway? I mean what does a Golden Globe or Oscar mean anyway? Jack shit IMO. There are so many amazing film makers, directors, composers, producers etc. that have never won one, and vise-versa, so many shit ones that have  .
