Prince and the Billboard awards? Why hasn't he ever won one? What is the citeria 4 winning one? I don't know the

Billboard Awards are based on sales and chart placement - not musical content.
He really hasn't sold/charted well since the early 90's, especially if you compare him (in sales only) to other acts. | |
