Wow, even as a Grambling alum, I find that to be a very positive collaboration. FAMU is a good band. I would have preferred GSU, but I'll take these guys over a lot of others. I am MrVictor.... | |

yeah, i was thinking he'd do it up proper with GSU as well. i know that fool watches the bayou classic every year just to see the battle of the bands at halftime and sees how they tear it up. | |

Tallahassee was my base of operation during most of the 70s. Lindsey Sarjeant is a good friend of mine and occasionally plays keys in a band i'm associated with...

'Marching 100' prepares to step high with Prince at Super Bowl in Miami
The Florida A&M University Marching 100 is preparing to take the field with music superstar Prince during the halftime show at Super Bowl XLI in Miami. Band members said the invitation to perform Feb. 4 with Prince at NFL's biggest event came as a result of the 2005 Grammys, where members of the Marching 100 performed with musicians Kanye West and Jamie Foxx. http://www.thefamuanonline.com So it's happening after all people...THAT I wanna see y'all | |
