A live version was released through the npgmusicclub a few years back... so technically, the song has been released.

It would be interesting to hear it's first version, that would then make 4 versions that people listen to....

the first one I ever heard was intended for "I'll Do Anything"

Riveting. I don't know if it's my all-time favorite, but its right up there (not the 1995 version, though, the vocal is horrendous)

According to what Michael Bland said on this site, the 1995 version is the 1985 version. He said the video was shot using the original tracks, didn´t he ?
I was quite surprised to read that. I used to think that the 95 version was a drastically rearranged version until I read what Michael said here on the org.

I always thought it was just the 1985 version with a bit of additional production!
