Artists today.it's been Known&Reported that they are basically were Cloned on each other as far as Musical Skills overall.they would both be forced to Play up against one another&Be Showcased.I Wonder how things may have been if they both had been given the Same Green Light? but if they were New Artists today with all the CLonning going on&whatnot that answer would be met.well 20 plus Years to late but it does make me wonder? thoughts:

Prince wouldn't be allowed to grow as an artist. Big hit albums are expected each time today. Dirty Mind and Controversy didn't make a big enough dent on the charts. He woulda been dropped before 1999 and Purple Rain. More than 15 years before being able to sell his music through the internet. Whether he's an awesome musician or not, labels like to make big money.
