I tend to think you can't criticise unreleased demos because the fact they were never released could be because Prince wasn't happy with it himself. Just shows there is a point where bootlegs can unfairly tarnish his reputation.

The Vegas 99 version is the kizu-wizu-ze'. Straight blues. Organ solo, and screaming guitar. He even had perfect pitch on that joint. Slow walked it like Temptation. "Bartender!Bring that girl a whiskey!" Too funky. Good grief. Do not play it w/ the volume all the way up on an mp3 player or you will damage your ears. Powerful
