I just got so excited! It's an absolutely marvelous song and I've never seen the video on tv. But just when I was sitting there with VH1 in the background I heard the intro... Thanks VH1

It's such a fantastic song, both music and lyrics are superb and the guitar solo is awesome! One of those many songs where Prince makes it obvious what a blessed man he is and how lucky we are to be able to enjoy his art.

At the end of the movie he tells her that his soulmate will be onstage with him, and dressed in gold. Of course he is talking about MAYTE! It came out 11 years ago, and aired several times at VH1. I was a new fan when I saw it, and I thought Prince was at least 10 years younger than he really was! He just looks THAT good!

always loved that song, one of his very best imo...first heard it live at his secc gigs in glasgow in march 95 i think ....a good 6 months before it was released and it blew me away live!....it was also his last really big song on the radio in the uk and his last top ten hit here (if you discount the re- release of 1999)
