HI all Prince fans,
I am confused. This club 3121. is this the only place were going to be able to see him live again. Does he plan to tour on the road? Or just stick with a Vegas act? I think it would be ashamed for him to cheapen his self to strictly a vegas act. I know fans around the world are ready and waiting for a 3121 tour. It looks to me like were not going to get one.

Oh,well,real fans will go 2 Vegas!

when the 3121 club opened one of the twinz confirmed that they will go on tour early next yr.

That's some bull. Just because U may not have the money or time to go to Vegas you're not a real fan?! I am a graduate student, work a full-time job, and am about to have surgery. I DON'T HAVE THE TIME OR MONEY TO FLY FROM NJ TO VEGAS!!!!

Of course I have no info to back this up, but my gut feeling is that he's using the Vegas gigs as a warm-up for a larger tour (the same way he used Paisley Park in the mid-late 1990s). I really can't see him staying there for more than 3-4 months.

The next tour will most likely involve his next album project. Vegas is the 3121 experience/experiment.

I have mentioned before on another thread someplace that I thought he's having fun with this Vegas (on the side) project....maybe biding his time...maybe for some band members to finish up with current projects so they can hook up with P and do a tour!? That would be very cool. I still plan to see him in Vegas though...hopes for January

I personally find the fact that he is playing Vegas exciting. I am definitely going after the New Year if I can. However, I can totally understand not being able to afford to go or just not preferring to. I think it's great that he's doing this. It's a little different atmosphere for those that prefer it. I am looking forward to seeing him in a small club atmosphere. I do wish he'd change up the set lists a little more. That's my only very slight negative so far. To say that the real fans will go is just goofy. But, I know that SexxyDancer loves EVERYthing Prince does, so I don't take that statement personally.

The tour will be cool too. It will allow many more people to see him for sure. From everything that's been said, it sounds fairly certain he'll tour when this Vegas thing is over.
