All mine are official.
I like art design.
So I like to have the pics and the lyrics.

I have bought everything that he has released officially... sometimes even buying more than one copy...

Lovesexy = two copies
Purple Rain = two copies
Parade = two copies
Sign o' the Times = two copies
The Gold Experience = two copies
Crystal Ball = three copies (2 special and 1 regular)
1999 = two copies
Symbol album = two copies (one gold box and one regular)

I also have all of the singles as well, including all of the ones that were holographic.

All the official stuff was purchased new.

I have purchased about 100 or so bootlegs and have burned copies of a few hundred more. I traded a whole lot on AMP a few years back. I don't like copying officially released material and do not really agree with it.

I am actually pleased to say that although I own some, none of my Prince cds are burned and I have everything released. Just knowing how he feels about it and me claiming to be obsessed with him, it makes me sleep easier at night to know I haven't done anything like that.

If the cd was available in stores or the vinyl I bought it that way...Even the Black Album. I got that on boot a few weeks after it was cancelled but still bought it once it became official. Prince needs to relze that most of his fans will buy it from him if he would release it even after it's been out as a bootleg. The man has more than earned my money...Aloha~

All my burned CD's are compilations I've made myself for my own enjoyment (and my friends). I have genuine copies of (almost) everything officially released, most of it on CD and vinyl. I also own a handful of bootlegs.

All commercial releases, most singles 12" remixes & CD singles. All purchased new. 1 burned CDR various songs.

i have 40 to 50 burned and all official releses.

All of my official stuff is the real deal, but I have a couple hundred burned bootlegs. I don't buy 'em.

I still don't have an original copy of 'The Vault'...it is the only Prince album I'm missing. I'm sure if I put a little bit of effort I could get hold of it.

My vinyl, cd's and cassettes R all the real deal.

All official releases are the real thing. The only burned ones are stuff I got off Napster and Kazzar of rare songs. Plus all the NPGMC stuff is on cd as well.

I don't have all of Prince's albums, but I refuse to burn them... I'd rather just fork over the money and buy the official copies. Not because I'm particularly against it, but because it annoys me. If I want the CD badly enough to burn it, I would rather just buy it.

The only two CDs I've burned was Lifehouse and Paul Simon, both of which I eventually replaced with the real thang.

NONE. Prince's I always buy. I never download a whole album of an artist either. If I like them that much, I just buy the album.

All of my Offical Prince releases are the real deal, including TRC. With TRC I have the internet release (so that's burned) AND the retail edition. Most of my boots are burned, the ones that are real I got through trades. Hey they rip Prince off, so all fair and love and war...

Of the boots i have 80% are burned because i remastered the sound.I'm real picky so i had to remove the hiss equalize the sound and make a false stereo on the mono copies.I got rid of all those boots about two years ago.Actually if you had napster and you downloaded a song and it had "c's shot" at the end you now know where it came from.

hey email me TheC, and we can hook up on ICQ, eye want u 2 hear some of my collage remixes...

I download all Prince songs, mix them down to mono (left channel only, because it's my good ear) add treble as much as possible and then I cut the songs onto vinyl with my 78 RPM record lathe. I'll make copies for any one who asks.

Oh, and I make the album sleeve art with my own poo.
