I went through some old video tapes I had laying around today and came across so many things. One video had 'misc videos' I had to look at it to write down the titles, Rock and Roll is alive..., When 2 r in love (all black with just lyrics), Mazarati's Players Ball, Ingrid's Elephant box, an Eric Leeds Little Rock, Madhouse 13, Taja Seville Popular, Bobby Z Lie by Lie, Martika's Love thy will be done, Vanity's Pretty Mess and lots more.

Then I watched the tape when Prince was on Oprah. He was so in love with Mayte and couldn't seem to get close enough to her. Talked about having 10 children and being together forever. He gave us lots of stuff then (3 videos) or was it four? and he put out some of his last greatest work (Emancipation). It made me realize why I was a fan again.

We are so concentrated on the here and now and what he will be giving us next, that sometimes we don't appreciate what he has giving us already. Pull out one of those live videos that you are not supposed to have, like 8/3/83, I even got the '81 show out from the Ritz in NYC, or some old videos and sit back and enjoy. I bet you will be amazed, once again, by the master.

Only Oprah when asked by Prince to pick ANYTHING for him to play on the Piano.. she picks "purple rain"

then closes her eyes while he plays it?? like there is nothing better. I HATE these types of fans.

I pulled out some of the old stuff at least once a
month, I agree, that 'old' material will be
with the fans forever.
