They need to make money, there are employees to pay & supplies to buy. A strictly vegeterian menu would certainly limit their business.

I think I've read he is still vegeterian, but don't know about the vegan part. Just because he is, doesn't mean he wouldn't put meat on the menu.

if he had confidence, he'd offer a vegetarian menu, at least as a supplement to a more "mainstream" selection. there's a lot of great stuff you can do with veggie cooking, plus i'm sure it would be one of the very few vegetarian options in vegas. but i guess he's not terribly interested in bucking convention these days, as is his choice.

Maybe he made a mistake thinking it was Vegans instead of Vegas

Say it's just a dream...
U open up ur eyes and come 2 realize
u simply imagined this
So u lean over and give her a kiss
Here on earth, here on earth,
with u it's not so bad
Here on earth, here on earth
eye don't feel so sad
Stay right here

pkidwell

there were vegetarian items on the menu but there was no specific section.....and since Fiore was only one of the best Steak restaurants in Vegas, I'm sure there was an agreement that they could keep a few steaks....ig you go, get the first desert on the menu.....it had 3121 in the title and the 3121 logo was actually in the desert and it was delicious
