What about the 3121 restaurant

For those who are in Vegas, could you please post pictures of the restaurant, and if possible give us a report about the food, menu (if you have a copy of the menu it will be great) etc...

if anybody get the package does it worth it

thanks

Loved the restaurant. I'm not sure what it was like at Fiore but the menu at 3121 was amazing. Things I've never even heard of were on there. Cleverly disguised vegetarian dishes/possibly vegan but I'm not sure. And the dessert was this 3121 mocha something or other that came in a chocolate shell. On top of it were the numbers 3121 painted in chocolate. You could tell it was opening night. The waiter told me they had 3 days to learn everything on the menu and get the place changed from Fiore to 3121. My friend and I had one drink each (some good wine and some amazing Green Tea cocktail or something) and then a main course (mine was some mushroom and rice dish that was delicious) She got the salmon and said it was Norway style or something like that and loved it. We split the dessert. Total was around $120 so about $60 per person. But well worth it. Spotting Prince and the Twinz was the icing on the cake. I was there around 7:30. Not too crowded either but reservations are a must because we almost did not get seated. As soon as I save me some more money I'm going back. The jazz band was very nice too.

Wow, 3121 cusine jazz was incredible, one of the best meals I've had in ages. I opted for the chef's speciality suggestion. Basically a 7 course meal with a desert, and a different wine/champagne to accompany each course. I wish I could remember each course by taste but is impossible. I had the salmon as a 6th course, and for the 7th was a Filet Mignon those 2 were totally incredible. I highly recommend this if you can afford the price. Price for 1 person was $125.00 and if you also added the wine/champagne for each course it was $175.00. Best money for a dinner I've ever spent. You can also choose from the regular menu entree's start around 25.00 plus drinks and desert. Most expensive entree was I think the Steaks around 45.00. Also on a side note while we were wating for our first course Prince came out of the kitchen and walked by our table said hello, kept walking towards the jazz band area, then walked past on his way back to the kitchen. So he is hands on, and over seeing every aspect of this project. He looked awesome as always. dressed all in black and very happy so it seemed, this was about 630 pm when he walked by. My reservations were for 6 pm. The time passed as each course came and drank and drank, wow, by time we were finished it was 9 pm. so go early if you can afford this option and plan on a 3 hour dinner feast which is just superb!!!!! The concert details I will post as soon as I can remember everything!!!!! what a fantastic opening NIGHT!

Yeah, I find myself "hating to admit" a lot lately too! I guess Vegas is not a bad place to set up shop for a while. Not everyone can make it to LA or MPLS. New York might've been cool though.

I would've loved to see Prince take over First Avenue, but I don't think MPLS is a big draw these days.

I wish I could have snaged a copy of the menu but dont think that will happen, but the food is very expansive in variety. So anything you order will be very very good. Ranging in price from about 22.00 for a entree not counting desert and drinks, up to about 45.00 for an entree, unless you get the chefs special 7 course feast its 125.00 or 175.00 with wine included for each course. Well worth the price if you can afford the latter option please trust me and go with that, totally incredible!

Funny I took the same picture. That desert was amazing. I wouldn't expect to see Prince there a lot though. It looked to me like he was just making sure things were going well. The chef seemed pretty cool and was watching everyone go to work. I wanted to thank her but was too shy.

So what's the menu for the VIP ticket? Is it automatically the full tasting menu? With wines?
We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

Now I have this picture in my mind of Prince watching you stuff your face. lol

It sounds delish but I always lose my apetite before one of his shows.
