I am steadily building up a decent Prince collection...I am only collecting the music (not clothes or other shit, just the music) and was wondering what is the absolute must have track, official or boot to have in a Prince collection.

The sound quality is amazing!! And they look better than the cds sold in stores. Get ur hands on these cds!!

'Dreams' is a good one to have. It's 3 discs of outtakes from '81 - ???'

Pretty much all of the essentials are there.

I to only collect the music, but i think the offical releases are the real gems. the must have in my collection are - mazarati, appollonia 6, the family, both madhouse and the one i think is just the best an offical undertaker CD. i have all these on CD plus many many more. i think that makes my collection pretty cool.

Could not have put it better myself - that track is just amazing, particularly on Neon RendezVous. The version which made it onto the 1999 album has to be one of the least interesting.

Most definitely an original, playable "The Undertaker" CD. And many of the associated artist's CDs.
