It's the part from 2:10 to about 2:25 in the song. It's the same Middle-Eastern guitar from Rave.

That's one of the only times I've heard Prince actually lift an entire sound from another one of his songs, without changing it.

The only other time I can think of off hand is the guitar solo in the Scandalous Sex Suite (I believe it's #3) which is note-for-note the guitar solo in Sheila's Dear Michaelangelo.

At least it's all his music!
