I know we have talked about this.. but I want to know if anyone has the verison of The Ladder it was a soundcheck.. it happened in the late 1980's 1988-1989..

they have used this clip on 2 seperate Documentaries..

It is the most beautiful version I have ever heard.. totally clean.. just Prince and his Piano..and a camera rolling while he checks the mics!

I'm 99% sure this soundcheck is not in circulation. The clips for those doco's are from Paisley Park along with the New Morning aftershow clips of Taylor Dayne and the great clip of Prince with Ron Wood of the Stones doing a cover of 'Miss You'.

We can only hope though...
