Will he GO Vegas in Vegas, or back to his Roots?

It will be interesting to see what Prince plays this weekend. will it be the overplayed hits or will it be the hidden gems? will he jam to Maceo for 2 hours or will he bring the stripped down funk and amazing guitar solos?

I bet the light show kicks ass, but probably not too many splits anymore..

I just hope he realizes that his true fans don't need to hear the big hits all night.

I ddont think people complain if he is just Prince and is true to himself. It's when he sells out his music and talent that I get dissapointed.

I'm a little worried about all the carnal temptations in Las Vegas with Prince. I've been to Vegas and I'm telling you it's not for the faint of heart! I don't see how anyone trying to live a clean life could stay on the righteous path for long in that place!

Yes. All of that, and more.
Rocked out, funky, intimate...
...and most of all shiny

that's my guess.

Hmmm.....well my evaluation on the situation...is that i think at least for the first 2 months it will be 60-75% hardcore Prince fans, i hope he knows this cause he will have to play at least 50% of his hits. Personally i think he is sooooo good that he could play nursery rhymes and the show would get a good review...
I think and most people KNOW that Prince is an excellent live show and it will not really need to be a HITS show....i hope he knows it also.....
wink
Anyway...i am planning with my good-girlfriend to meet up in LV next year (if he is still doing it) to go....I am sooo excited! biggrin

good luck Prince....i know you can make your time in LV legendary!!! lol
