I mean, I don't know if this email is describing you or not.

I just like to think that behind all the crazy, cryptic emails and the mystery is this normal guy ("pay no attention to the man behind the curtain")...

and he doesn't want you to listen to his music anymore.

It's not as hard as most would think...for instance if you go here: link removed by me, one can easily send out an email from any persona on any domain one wishes...and there are thousands of these sites around.

This is a prank mate. Mail servers use SMTP to send email & it doesnt take much to send emil via one. Ive had people emailing me from my site in the past about buying dishwashers & shit. Its a flaw built into the NPGMC mail server & every SMTP mail server on the net, allows spammers to get in.

2) internet activity traced

You can send these emails with 'fake' senders with telnet.
Check the source of the email to find out through which email-server it has been send.
If it is mail.npgonlineltd.com, you're in trouble.

hey nep don't worry it IS a prank. in the sense that it is NOT from prince or the NPGMC.

after i voiced my displeasure with larry and tina graham in this forum i got a few hate emails and attached viral files. the first email sported a similar return addy to the one you received

so i think your email came from just another whacko with nothing better to do, dear, pay it no mind.

I think a real Prince message would have been much more fun ... abd about the techical part it is quite simple to send fake emails.
