Prince shrine! Who else has a Prince 'shrine' in their rooms/houses?

Mine used to cover the walls too... but, I'm also mid-30s...
Funnily enough, my mum never used to object to me putting Prince all, and I mean ALL, over the walls... but when I put a picture of Sheila E on my ceiling (literally cos I had no room on the walls for a new poster!) she drew the line... hmmmm... Mind you, it was the Lovesexy, armless, legless jump suit thang.... thems Catholics for you I guess. | |

...wat does AGE have 2 with it in the first place. you should be able 2 have a Prince shrine or w/e if u want 2. Im only 16, so when i get my own place, ill have an Xtra Room just 4 my Prince stuff. | |

To be fair... Once I had bought a flat and me and the wife had moved in, she did let me decorate the hallway in the most outrageous Paisley Shrine... a massive symbol, a massive YES, a newpowersoul and tonnes of paisley-esque hues and fonts with lyrics and the like. Looked good, actually... well, it certainly drew comment from all our visitors... Wish I'd kept a picture. | |

Everyone had a shrine in their day, mine was pictures of A-HA, Michael J Fox and of course Prince. Shrines are cool, they are the cheapest, quickest way to individualise your space. | |

Hmmmmm - my "shrine" is a vitrine/showcase inside my little Princeroom, where I keep my whole Princecollection. It's not important for me - if it is a shrine or something - it's good, to put nice Princecollectibles inside - that's it. It's a Collection - not a "holy" shrine - but it's nice !! Oh - and I'm 37.....
