I was reading a few threads here and wondered: does Prince have friends?

Not just necessarily bandmates, proteges, or celebrities, but actual friends? Like someone he calls up to just hang out or confide in?

That line from My Computer was kinda sad: "I can count my friends with a peace sign, 1-2".

Of course he does, just like everyone else has friends

I was thinking the same thing one day...Does he ever go over to other folks house and just kick it? Price pulls up in his BMW and brings in a couple of two liters and watch the game with some folks or other couples. I always wondered the samething...

He is so secertive that he probably doesn't or if he does he brings a stack of confid. contracts with him for everyone to sign. Who wants all of those big headed bodyguards breaking things in your house.

I remember him saying Larry Graham and George Clinton were dear friends of him and he didn't like people talking negatively about him. He also said fans were the reason why he continued and he wanted to be closer to them by throwing parties at Paisley Park.

These statements were made on his own website: The former NPGonline.com club where he'd answer questions to NPG members.

So, I guess it means he has friends but doesn't want fans to know about his private life.

I thought we were all his friends up in here, or r ya'll just a bunch of "Fans".
