Song Parodies?

I was just reading an article about Weird Al Yankovich, and I wondered if he's done any parodies for Prince. Has he? Do you know of any other parodies of Prince songs?

Weird Al has never done any parodies of Prince. Prince hasn't given him permission.

Prince wouldn't let Weird Al do a parody. The only one out there that I know of is 'My Name Is Bart' the Simpsons parody of 'My Name Is Prince.'

Yeah, but isn't the story that Prince wrote My Name Is Bart especially for a planned Simpsons album, but when the album was delayed Prince took the song back and re-did it as My Name Is Prince? If that's true then it isn't really a parody since the song didn't exist previously!

Thank goodness. Because I hate parodies. Prince is too much of a talent to be parodied by someone who's got lacks imagination to write his own music.

I think parodies are okay - there for making people laugh at something they wouldn't normally laugh at. Just something for fun.
