I mean, this week someone posted a thread about liking EVERYTHING their idol ever did. Lawd knows there are enough of them fams here.
But I just do not get that. I could never take everything an artist did for granted, one way or the other. When he recorded this, someone over at Paisley Park should have said, "Prince, hunnybums, fun you tried, but this jam stinks." |

Oh, absolutely! To each their own! Back when it was released I was still working in a records store and I took it off the system because I could not stand hearing people snigger at Prince whenever he tried to raggamuffinrap. Poor Prince. |

Wow, everyone has such different taste.
I really like that song, it sounds kind of romantic with the sound of the waves and the reggae beat, and yes the Jamaican accent is pretty bad but that's the only part. oh well. | |
