you need to get up front & center on center stage. as FUTILE as I know this concept is, SOMEBODY needs to get in prince's face & shake/smack/infuse SOMETHING into him. [I don't knock anyone who digs prince now & thinks he is as great as he's ever been. for those of you for whom prince's music does something good- good for you, enjoy it (& I say that honestly, not sarcastically) myself, I got over prince a good while ago & I accepted that for me the "prince" of the last 10 years is entirely insufficient. or - if you want - I simply couldn't keep up with "prince" anymore. or more accurately - I did not want to.] prince has just been "faxin' it in" for the last 10-13 years living of the "fumes" of his former BRILLIANT self (1978-87) & then he has the audacity to say : "oh, I don't want to live in the past" then he goes on tour & plays songs mostly from "the brilliant years" songs that he normally plays on tour & has played on tour for the better part of 20 years.. oh well. all that is for (those of you who are) today's fams to deal with! to finish- backstage: if you ever actually get prince's ear even for 5 minutes PLEASE have some sort of hidden camera or microphone (we know he won't let you near him if he knows you can record his sacred voice or image, which he must control at all times) with you.. the truth of that experience would indeed be stranger than fiction & hard to believe. HAVE MERCY!!! mltijchr! u NO u ain't right! u nasty thang u!

we've heard the best he can do...all he has 2 do is give himself time 2 DO IT AGAIN. if we settle 4 greasy spoon, y bother cooking gourmet? now is the time...Prince IS older, and he listens MORE. now is the time 2 talk 2 him, music is second nature 2 him, that's not work, that is what he njoys. the work is trying 2 keep up...with who? he's broken every record there is. PRINCE JUST B PRINCE AGAIN...rock me 2 nite 4 old times sake...lol, the way u wanna. goodnite ThreadBare and thanx 4 hearing me, who nos it may happen n our lifetimes. I must admit that when I put on Prince CD´s 9 out of 10 times it´s the old stuff. Maybe it´s because I just like the more raw kinda music he made back in the days more. Maybe it´s because it sounds more real - like it has come more easy to him. I would also appreciate, if he stopped thinking so much - and just did it. As to his look, I must say, he is always TOO sexy, but a more casual look from the eighties would be wonderfull. Love Kirs E - a forever Prince fan! Listen for u naked I would dance a ballet.... | |
