the purple album?

Apparently there's a mash-up of "Purple Rain" and Jay-Z's "The Black Album". Is this old news?

I've never heard any of it, but it sounds like a bad idea to me. I thought "The Grey Album" was really overrated.

I've got it and I think it's pretty good. Encore mixed with Baby I'm a Star works particularly well.

This is very old news...

Anyway, there were two Purple Album mashups. The one that's still widely available sucks, imho. The other one, well it sucked less.
