I m a new user of my space.com, and asked to be added to Prince friend a week ago and I still not be accepted.

I ve been added to DJ Rashida, Rhonda Smith and Tamar friends in a day

Did some of U are Prince friends and how long does it take to be added?

Well I believe they are not adding any right now. It seems that page is under some type of construction and the number of members are going down since early today. So they are doing something over there. Maybe weeding out some members they or he doesn't approve of. The count has been decreased so far of about 100 members and still going. Who knows? Maybe he's preparing for the website and will focus more on that.

I dropped Prince as a friend because they gutted the page bare including all pictures and everything. Prince's page was run by Universal and I think that they are probably done with Prince since 3121 turned out to be a disappointment.

Well they have his bandwebsite as 3121.com on his page. Yes the page is plain and the blogs are gone including his pic. Friends are being deleted every few minutes, so who knows. Since he'll have his website at least we have that to look forward to. We shall see if anything new will be done to it. If they wanted to delete that page all they had to do was delete the account, so maybe Prince's staff could be taking over that page.

Hey I just noticed that I've been dropped from his friend's list as well. Maybe it's my fugly photo....

I have been since september when I was lookin' for a song for my profile.

I used to be and it only took like two days at the time. I thought it was hilarious because I expected months before it showed up. Funny thing, I didn't even notice his myspace was off my friends page before this was posted up.

I am, but I've only been on MySpace for a few weeks, and added Prince as one of the first... It didn't take long to be added though, couple o' days maybe.

He's still on my Friends page though... does that mean that I'm also still his friend?

What does being a myspace friend actually get you? I mean, I can't see why people get so excited about it. And weeding the riff-raff out? C'mon, how they gonna tell who is riff-raff and who isn't from some photos?!

It took about a month, Now he has alomst 40K friends. Don't know who or how they keep track. Unfortunetly I wasn't able to join NPG, so I'm not sure how that site worked out, hope something comes along soon that's a little better.

It took forever to be accepted. His profile is gone now, so I guess it didn't matter much.

They did have a blog about the "Happy Feet" movie and before the club went down, they mentioned the BET Awards and other things there, and also thought that he would not have a website anytime soon, but now we see he is working on it. I don't think they realized that someone else was overseeing that page and not Prince, more than likely it is someone from Universal or a member of Prince's staff. I doubt he even winced at half of those messages. Even today, they're still sending him loveletters via myspace posts, I doubt he's even reading it,

Also, talk about weeding out the riff-raff,some of those pics fans posted to their myspace page have some females with breasts and bootys out, some females spread out, some half-naked, I guess they still think that's what he wants and is still the Prince before the 90s, Anyway, I guess that was just another way of fans wanting to stay connected to Prince. His myspace page is decreasing friends by the minute since his profile is gone.

And yes...you can tell who they are because their pages really do advertise it, they are not bashful. I just think there could be someone now deleting them...I mean riff-raff is a relevant term. What's not riff-raff to you could very well be to Prince or anyone in his camp. The deletions are not happening in order of acceptance, if this was the case I would have been deleted already, as I only just got added in September. The deletions are are sporadic...like they're sorting though...
