The UK tabloids are full of photos of George Michael looking absolutely awful - ruining himself on drugs night after night. He looks like a total shambles, you can't even recognise the poor guy.

Y'know we all think Prince has gone a little ditzy in his old age (Jehovah's Witness etc) but to be fair, I think our Prince has actually done pretty well for himself in his later years.

Look at George Michael, Michael Jackson and some other peers of Prince.

Prince has done well to keep himself out of the gossip press etc so well. The odd story about him asking to keep some strippers' clothes on isn't all that bad is it? Compare to the stories about Georgie M.

Look at Jimi Hendrix, Ray Charles, Johnny Cash - all ended up on drugs and stuff.

Madonna is probably the only peer who has stayed relatively calm.

Apart from her current tour with the crucifix thing, and her obsession with Kaballah, she's probably the closest mirror to Prince in his old age.

yeah, George is having a tough time especially since his mother died, but I think the tabloids are on his case a bit and the tabloids paint whatever picture they want of people. When he's appeared publicly he's usually come across pretty articulate and of sound mind and he's still making relative good music so not quite degenerated to Michael's level just yet!

Sounds kind of strange, but Prince has always been the more "normal" of all his peers - in the sense that he's always working on new music and never in rehab or getting in trouble with the law etc.

He's caught looking tired and asleep in his car because he's night cruising; alot of gay men do that.

Prince hasn't used drugs but he's still made life hell for MANY people and has never treated fellow humans with respect.

Hendrix was a violent skumbag before he even touched hash! He had already beat his pregnant gf with a belt!

So don't tell me I'm deluded. The point is what ever happened 10-15-20 years ago, these people who you claim Prince made their lives "hell" whatever happened, they've moved on and have nothing but nice things to say now, so if they don't care too much about it, why should I?

Carmen called P after he put her out of her apartment (because she ran off with B-Real) and P gave her a job.

As far as Jill is concerned people get dumped all the time in relationships. I even remember reading once where she said P will let you know when is tired of a situation. Sounds like she knew it was coming one day.


W&L can't be to mad that just did the Brits with him a few months ago.

I feel for George, I love his voice and he's a good song writer. I pray he gets better soon. Prince has avoided many of the typical rock star pitfalls and I thank God for that. I always pray the Father will watch over him and give him strength.
