Wow, it must have changed last night some time, because I checked the site yesterday and it still had the 3121 album promo on it. Probably changed at 10:01 pm. lol

It's been confirmed on HQ that Prince is in negotiations to play for 3 full months at the Rio.

I don't know what to think about this. I think it's great for P to have a new gig, but it would cost SO MUCH MORE to travel to Vegas to see him. It would be cool to make a vacation of it, but I am pretty content with seeing him perform in my town, then go back to my own home at the end of the night. Then again, I have never been to Vegas... Oh this is a tough one! Argh!

Now, I don't know if I should be happy or somewhat sad. Prince at the Rio instead of going on tour breaks my heart. I know for a fact his shows in Vegas are going to be EXSPENSIVE. The most I've ever paid to see Prince perform was $125, which was fine with me. Now you're talking plane ticket, hotel fee, plus the cost of his shows. The question is will I be able to afford to fly to Las Vegas to see my Purple Prince? I quess I'll just have to wait and see. In the meantime I better start saving my princely dollars.
