Starfish & Cofee, the real meaning

Is this just a simple pop song or is there more meaning to the lyrics?, "set you mind free baby, then you'd understand"

It means there are universes within each one of us, and each of them, however odd they may seem, is worthy of love....

Peace

Didn't someone famous once say, "How you love the least of your brothers is how you love me?" Was it Mr. Rogers? No. I'm quite certain it wasn't. Dr. Phil? Nope, bet it wasn't him either.. Oh! I got it! This guy at my high school named Ferris Buellerr said it to me one time in after school one day!!! He was, like THE most popular guy in school (don't know why, he was never there!), but he totally picked me up out of the dirt after I'd just gotten my a*s kicked by some bullies, and he dusted me off, grabbed me by my shoulders and said, "This, too, shall pass."

I loved that guy!
"Plaid shorts are completely over."

The song was based on a girl with Autism.
