Only the Prince knows, only he knows. Well and those that are working with him on any projects, if any at all.

Prince is always working. Sometimes i wish he'd just sit back and enjoy life for a moment. I seen him running from one thing to another the other day. He runs then stops abruptly, bends down and smells a flower, then he's off running again. I don't think he truly gets the meaning of "stop and smell the roeses".

Where do I start?

I was passing by Prince at work the other day and I asked if I could have a moment of his time. Prince always so willing and able to speak with me said sure, but you know I've got to go write something down soon.

I told him I understood. I asked what he had been upto lately. He thought of how to express it for a moment and busted into a song.

and it is evermore now
these things...

I stopped him. Said can't you just express without singing?

He said, he was too shy, and I said he wasn't.

Prince said, i've been spending time reflecting on the meaning of trying to be a better man.

I was like, Prince don't you realize you are already that man?

He was like. I don't know that I do.

I said, you are... and then I went to say something else, but prince had to cut me off to go write something in a journal.
