Is it true Mariah Carey did a song with Prince? Yes. Mariah collaborated with Prince on a song originally intended to go onto the "Glitter" soundtrack album, but the song wasn't finished in time. Mariah and Prince have become friends since working on that track, but there are currently no plans to release it.

I just looked on Google under Mariah Carey and Prince and there is no evidence of this, though it has been speculated that she could do a "Prince songbook," you can google the information yourself. [Edited 9/28/06 3:39am] | |

I am surprised Prince even talks to her after her awful cover of 'The Beautiful Ones' 
I wonder if Prince was only collaborating with Maria on the music side and not in other ways?? | |

Yeah, i also heard that P did a song with Mariah for the glitter soundtrack, i think P would have worked well on that album.
I'd love for that song, or another colaberation with P to see the light of day. As for Mariah's 'Beautiful ones' cover, i quite enjoyed it. | |
