Searching INFO on a DVD or VHS or VCD Hi,
I know I am not one of those who posts often, but I would like to ask you if you can help me and give some info on the following show: PRINCE Live At The Palladium, NYC ft/Lenny Kravitz on Peach 7/13/1994 125 Min I have the audio version and I like it and I wanted to know if the video version is good quality and what format I am likely to find it. I hope this post does not break the rules. If it does, I apologize, I didn't mean to create problems.

Youre not breaking any rules as youre just asking about the footage not where
to get it as youve said , its circulalting on DVD . Some pics from the footage thats circulating : and a review of it : the quality of the recording doesn't quite match the content. For the most part the person filming has fixed the camera on the giant video screen. The video screen footage is unusually only being filmed by one camera - so there are no real close-ups, however the view is pretty cool. The camera films away from the giant screen twice, once when Mayte is dancing on top of the 'womb' during T.M.B.G.I.T.W., and during the 'Love Sign' performance. The quality is actually FAR superior when the giant screen is NOT being filmed. There are also a few picture drop outs during the show - but nothing exceptional. The sound quality is pretty poor overall, and it's quite hard to hear Prince's vocals above the band. That said, this is still a fantastic loose, funky show with the added bonus of Lenny Kravitz joining Prince onstage to smack out a few guitar licks (baby) for 'Peach'. you can find a lot of info on DVD's and whatnot at www.thedatabank.org
Asking about such things is ok and discussing them is ok too. You just can't ask "where can I get or how can I get" such things. Christian Zombie Vampires
