Yes, those comments etc. are lame, bullshit, etc., and the author of that message was warned. I don't condone nor allow it. But until you run a fully-moderated, better site, don't fucking complain that it took 3 HOURS for something offensive to be censored. Sorry Ben, I admire your work but as a web developer I have set up quite a few forums that are moderated automatically. Freedom of speech?! yes of course but you know that there are things that are simply illegal. When it comes to dealing with racism, we should follow the example of one particular community who chose to silently stand with their backs toward a parade of marching, rowdy KKK members. The community showed great respect for themselves, justice, the First Amendment, and best of all -- they didn't give those ignorant Mother Fuckers in bed sheets the satisfaction of knowing they'd invalidated and angered a community. Yeah the people who posted the "black people are ruining the Org." crap are utter morons who don't deserve to call themselves human. It sucks. But censorship sucks even more. Unless Ben and the PowersThatBe want to start charging us some $$$ ...oh well. ---------------------------------------------
