I have seen it once, and i must admit he looked / acted less strange then i had expected, on the other hand, he seemed kind of shy and stiff (his body language showing tension) in it.

I have the idea that Prince feels at place most in a movie or show directed and controlled by himselve, he seems more loose in his own efforts.

By the way, i found it quite of surprising that he played a song about deflowering his lover on the show, and that the makers of the show allowed him too.

I mean: the Muppet show isnt exactly a childrens programs, but i know a lot of families with children are watching that show.

Anyone feels the same about this?

The way they presented it on the show was more innocent than that. They depicted a woman literally giving her angels to a man who lay dying in his bed. That is still a pretty heavy topic for kids, but the angel puppets were very beautiful, and the song was sweet. They managed to pull it off without being inappropriate.

I love it too! He's so laid back and sweet in this. Everytime I watch it - when I'm not laughing - I have this ridiculous grin on my face. love2
The music numbers are great! Starfish and Coffee is perfection!

I watched on utube and loved it. Prince looked like he was having fun and wow what an appreciative audience. It was funny especially the hee haw sketch "Before I painted it brown and put ears on it, it was an alligator" and the part where he says hes an ordinary guy but dosent do the leather and lace thing anymore, then compliments gonzo for wearing fishnet and working those pumps. (No comment for the elephanyt with assless pants).

Easily a classic thing to se. Thanks guys. biggrin
