"Poor" can be a matter of taste, but I'm just curious... What parts do you find poor? and, poor in what way? Aesthetically and technologically, I would say it's pretty superior...perhaps it's the realism that bothers you, though. I'm all late with this thread. This is great news. I hope the song is great. I haven't read the whole thread but if no one mentioned it before here's a thought: If the song is that good, Prince may get nominated for another Oscar. With a nomination, comes another performance on TV for all of us and maybe another award for the man. Just a thought. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". If you remember, back in 1996 (before the tragic death of his son), Prince had plans to put out a children's book, and an album of songs for kids. He went ahead with the Muppet Show appearance. I love Prince's music!! I just recently learned of Prince from the BET Awards. I would of join this group sooner, but college is buzy. I did on-line research on him and brought some of his CDs after 3121. I love his music!!! I think that this novelty movie with Prince's music will go off the charts with steam. | |
