I think that there may be truths to the story like prince laughing at her ect.. I really like Sinead's music and her passion (like riping up the picture of the pope) but she definatly can make up stories as she is a passionate woman who thinks she is fighting the world...eg one story she made up around the time that she was a lesbian and i think something else about childhood rape which now she denies either 2 things ever were the case...??? Anything is possible. Neither of the two are paragons of sanity. That song was beneficial for both of them. It made Sinead's career. Prior to that song, I never heard of her and couldn't name another one of her songs. I'm guessing Prince got paid for the cover, so what's the problem?
