perhaps....but like my conversation with Sacredwarrior the other day...Laws do not correct people's bad behavior...trolls will be trolls no matter what...all the rules do is upset the rule abiding folx (such as myself) who feel completely in control of what they can or can not understand and should be left to decipher and decide on their own, not have the decision made for them.

No, I don't believe there should be no laws, but I do believe laws should be VERY limited, and the "line" shouldn't be pushed around depending on who's in charge and what they think or believe. although unintentionally, normally I do abide by the rules. I don't abide by them because they exsist..I just naturally act with in the set guildlines because for the most part the guidelines are common sense type things and I feel I exersise common sense whith out much thought.
This whole "no rumors" thing though...must fall under the "other junk" part of the "Don't post trolls/ads/spam/get-rich-quick schemes/other junk." category?
this is what gets me upset. There is no specific rule about posting rumors, but somehow it's been interpreted by someone and deemed unlawful and thus deleted. Going by what anx said all in the name of saving the "gullible, trusting souls " and at the expense of the non-gullible and not so trusting souls. Why not have a "rumours and gossip" forum and leave it unmoderated except for hateful/racist content? I guess I should take that to the site discussion forum.

I'd think legal reasons could include fear Londell slapping a lawsuit on the Org for slander/libel/defamation of Prince's character...just a guess.
