My least favorite Prince song is "Sex (the 80's r over...)".
It lays there flat & does nothing for me. I'm slipping in2 a coma just typing about it.

Khia: 'My neck, my back, (lick my pussy and my crack)

Need I say more...? Ok I will...

I love the female bodywith a PASSION, especially my woman's body. There's no part of her that I wouldn't put in my mouth lick BUT! if it's demanded that I do something like "lick a crack" I WILL NOT! I'm a Taurus (stubborn)

My Human Sexuality Prof. says; "If you demand oral sex from your partner; you're less likely to receive that pleasure. If your patient and allow them to get comfortable/intimate with you in that way, get ready for a fun ride!" big grin
[Dr. Pamela Jacobs] <-- you gotta love her!

My girlfriend says; with both her and Prince in my ear, she might propose to me hug That would be sweet kisses

Even "What Have I Done To Deserve This?" with the late, fabulous Dusty Springfield?

I enjoyed listening to Dusty! But even then, an enjoyable radio song, only listened to once every few weeks or so (when it was out).

And yes Aero, agree with you on hip-hop, or otherwise lovingly known to me as crap-hop. I do like Buster though, more for his animated character than the music though (all hip-hop fans please stop shouting, I know he's a bit 'charty mainstream' rather than true underground hip-hop, ok, ok, calm down, lol!!). For some reason, he seems very amusing to me.

Sex is a groove - but the 35 minute rehearsal version with Levi on vocals does start to wear you down a bit.

The one song I never 'got' was Mountains

I didn't mind west end girls, that's about it. I just haven't ever been able to connect with the whole vibe, I guess. beer to those that can!

for me, it's 'Another Day In Paradise' by Phil Collins

the message is important, sure, but the canned, sterile production Phil pioneered and ruined the later 80's with has always made me hate this song with a passion

hmm, maybe that means this song really IS moving? not about homeless people, but for the hatred of Phil's studio work?

basically, I'm unmoved by about 95% of any and all rap out there...RAP SUCKS!!! Rap totally ruined the fun dance vibe that is SUPPOSED to be displayed in clubs...what would you rather hear in a club? a funky George Clinton classic like "Atomic Dog" or the garbage rappers put out today?

I'm really pretty open-minded musically, but another entire genre of music I find absolutely devoid of soul is boy band music, ala Backstreet Boys and N'Sync. Sure they have talent, but not an ounce of real soul.

On the other shitty end of the spectrum is nu-metal bands that are extra-loud and de-tuned but somehow have even less soul than the boy bands. hard rock got real wrong somewhere down the line...

the only thing music really needs to move these days is dollars into the bank accounts of record execs, people who've probably never even touched a musical instrument. do your good deed for the day: explain to the young'uns why current popular music mocks them & sells them short
