Since becoming a member of the Org? I know that as Prince fans everybody thinks that they know all the Prince facts and some more, but has there been anything new that you learned about him and his music just by being a member of the Org?

to be honest i thought i knew all there was to know facts wise, but i came on here and was just blown right away by all the people who knew stuff, i remember my first post, this guy just blasted me for not knowing the actual date and the actual time of a release i was like "woo wtf!" i was soo upset my fellow was laughing at me saying well, you would join the star trek lot!!! he thinks i'm wierd when it comes to prince but one thing i do know since joining this site I'm not alone.....

You learn more realisitic things about Prince at the org, rather then the hype and bullshit.

I have learned lots.....Which I am grateful for

1. P&R Forum is considerably dangerous territory - Tread with caution

2. MickGs Threads have been getting locked up quicker than suspected terrorists lately.....

3. G&D Forum is substantially friendlier than P&R Forum

I think the one thing that I've learned is that there are other people who share my passion for his music...
Most of the things I read on here are confirmation of stuff I knew (or thought I knew). Ever once in a while I pick up a tidbit; sometimes I choose not to post because I don't want to get into a debate with those who swear they "know everything and Prince told it to them in a vision". It's just not worth it at times, so I open a thread, read, and say to myself, "Hey! U were right!" ... (or whatever is appropriate)

I've learned that some of those who hate Prince, obsess over him as much as his fans.

Yea, he is a fraud.

There's a love-hate relationship between some P fans and P.

There's a hate-hate relationship between P fans and other P fans (when opinions don't jive)

P has refered to fans as "fanatics." (dropped my opinion of him big time. still takes the fanatics $$)

He doesn't want Sharon Stone dancing on his couch in LA in stilettos. He should return the favor in a pair of his high heeled boots.

Prince has attracted a much younger audience over time.

There needs to be a MickG/Sacred Warrior appreciation month.Half the time I can't understand ANYTHING they say. (appreciate it anyway.)

MickG doesn't hate P.

He just has unresolved anger over never getting past the first round of his school spelling bee.
