If they were to make Prince an MTV icon, who would they (try) to get to speak or perform Prince trax? Who would decline an invite?

I think the whole idea behind the Icon shows is to get today's stars honoring the "icon". This way you also get the kids out there to watch the show and hear music they might not have heard.

So I think people like Sheila and other associated artists should not perform. Remember, the MTV audience are teens, so why would they watch a show with Sheila and a whole bunch of other artists they don't even know?

If Prince were an icon he would b this one:
