This mentions the song 'Dance with the Devil'. Has anyone heard this outtake. If it was going to be the first single, i must have been good.

I've heard this song.It's okay,but not one of my favorites.

it should have been used as a b-side, but i don't know if it was lead-off single material.

It is a very dark song, gothic and moody. Just downbeat piano/synth and atmospheric sound effects. I never heard it was going to be the first single, it seems unlikely as it was supposedly left off the album for being too dark. Would have made a great b-side though.

No way this slow dark track would have been a lead single or any type of single 4 that matter.

I agree. The Uptown reviewers go out of their way to praise this song, but IMO, while it's nice and everything, it's certainly not all that. And then calling Electric Intercourse an ordinary ballad.

music reviews are so subjective. In THE VAULT book, they describe "high" as being ruined by it's beat, when I think that's the most addictive part of the song.

I do really dig the track though.....
