I don't know where that's comming from, but assuming it is comming from prince, it means about as much as anything else he's said thus far.

That line is from All the Critics Love U in New York and I assume it means that on the 4th day of November(Election Day) we needed a new president or over all leader to make things right.A continuation of Ronnie Talk 2 Russia maybe? Prince for president maybe?
