You could at least be more commital to an album...I mean, if you had
listed ONE as your favorite, we would have something to laugh-n-point at, but you've given us nothing... Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. ROCK - Purple Rain, no contest
FUNK - Dirty Mind, close second Controversy. R and B - Musicology, exceptional roots music JAZZ - Not really a jazz afficonado so hard to say, maybe those Madhouse ones NEW WAVE - 1999, lots of jerky keyboard rythms and synthesiser breaks with incredible pop vocals POP - Diamonds and Pearls is extremely accessible, but I am going to say Parade, this album is full of pop nuggets like Do U lie, Girls and Boys, Anotherloverholenyohead and of course Kiss and the superior Mountains. Some mo categories. DISCO - Prince, a non stop dance fest of catchy jams, I wanna be your lover and Sexy Dancer SPIRITUAL - Lovesexy, lots of positive god rock, the tracks Annastesia and I wish u heaven work best. ETHEREAL - 3121 has a power like you can never know. The word in particular BAND FEEL - 3 way tie, Parade, SOT and 3121 esp Get on the Boat. BALLADRY - Sign o the Times, Adore, Forever in my life, Strange Relationship, The Ballad of Dorothy Parker and If I was ur girlfriend, need I say more. OVERALL BEST ALBUM, SIGN OF THE TIMES.
