The women emerging from under the bed cover reminded me of Bram Stoker's Dracula for some reason. The version of WDC from Romeo + Juliet is superior to Ginuwine's, imho. Does anyone know what P. thought of that version? http://www.youtube.com/wa...cmCE0G1tJw I always wondered why they never put that version on the soundtrack to the movie,,,

just wondering nope. He ain't even ask Prince. Ginuwine told him he was just paying tribute to him and showing his love of the song, and it was his way of thanking him for the music yada yada yada. Prince was like, "yeah, well you coulda just called me and told me that" instead of remaking the song. He did not want anybody re-doing his stuff at the time. Mainly because he was still in the heat of his battle with Warners. Hey, was that Q magazine that he said this stuff in? anyone? But Prince loved TLC's version of If I Was Your Girlfriend! And THIS was released during Prince's battles with WB. Therefore his controversy with his old label had nothing to do with it. Prince felt the Ginuwine & Timbaland's take on his song wasn't good enough.

LOL @ 'worser' But like you said, Dru Hill's presence was uncalled for. Columbia was dumb to shove that crowd into Mariah's throat. Prince was asked about Mariah's take on TBO in a radio interview @ that time, and he said exactly what you said, that "Sisqo wasn't needed". Said that the song is from a ONE person prespective, its a conversation with one self. In English, it was not ment to be a duet.

You really think so? I thought their cover version was nice. Not great, but nice. I liked it too, thought it was an interesting way to perform it. I really LOVE Mariah's version of Cherrelle's "Didn't Mean to Turn You On" from the highly acclaimed Glitter album (j/k about Glitter, not the song).

Enjoy! So nice. God doesn't just tells me how much he "LOVE's" me, God shows me how much he "LOVE's" me. Both telling and showing "LOVE" means to "LOVE". They go hand in hand. You can't have one with out the other. Something is spoken, then followed by an action. That is

Yes, you are right on both counts. I didn't want to mention Leonardo's name because for some reason it stirs up all kinds of controversy. (for example, why didn't he win an oscar for Titanic, when he is in almost every frame). He still looks good, but he's gotten fatter since his peak years. Some people tell me I've got great legs...

I couldn't care less that he didn't win the Oscar. That movie is a 3 hour sap fest (kinda like Emancipation). I really liked him in What's Eating Gilbert Grape though. RE: getting fatter--are you sure that's not just growing up? Most guys tend to fill out once they get out of their teens.

I think your thinking of Benvolio as Romeo's cousin. At any rate, I think the actor who played Merc was Harold Perineau (sp?). I never watch Lost, but I know he was in Oz.
