Anyone else out there prefer the bootleg copy of this track over the clear official version on The Crystal Ball? Maybe it's nostalgia or something, but I love the crappy sound quality on the boot. | |

I love this version. It was supposed to go on Sign  The Times until he recorded Adore and discarded Crucial. Good choice.
I like both bootleg versions equally to the released version. The unreleased versionmust have sounded too long to Prince's ears. edit[Edited 8/14/06 11:01am] |

the first time i heard it from a boot with terrible quality. i still loved it! the lyric that sealed the deal for my was the hook build : " I AINT SAYING YOUR BETTER BABY, I AINT SAYIN YOUR NOT I AINT SAYIN ANYTHING TIL YOU STOP PLAY THAT FORTH AND BACK, CAUSE BABY I NEED A JACK OF ALL TRADES A MIND BODY WELL MADE OOOOO CRUCIAL!!!
