My friends were talking about what music they're into at the moment, and I really had no clue what they're talking about. Listening to my Prince collection pretty much 100% of the time over this past year, I've totally lost any idea about current music trends.

I do occasionally put on a CD by someone else, but I find myself going back to Prince everytime.

Actual addiction?

I thought I was the only 1 who felt this way! I am completely out of touch with other artists and only listen 2 Prince xclusively! The strange part about it is that I would have it no other way! I'm so addicted that there have been times recently that I've ATTEMPTED 2 buy new music from other artists,but I feel like I shouldn't buy it bcuz it was released close 2 3121! I feel like it would b cheating on Prince or something! Is this an addiction or what??!! It's good 2 know that there r others out there like me!

If I go a whole day without listening to any Prince, I really notice it. It's like he's become an imaginary friend or something. I know it sounds weird, but I miss his voice if I don't listen to any Prince for a day or more.

I'm addicted to "the work", mine not his.

I primarily listen to Prince
I rarely buy CD's by any other artists.
If I do it is usually an old classic CD
by an established artist whom I respect.
I dont lay down my dollars for anyone.
I buy just about any new P music I can get my hands on.
I have been this way for 22 years

I'm definitely an addict. My children have been off school for 6 weeks & i haven't had a chance to play any cd's. All i've had is childrens tv & when i do put Prince on, my youngest comes & turns it off claiming it's RUBBISH!!!! They're back at school 2morrow & when my hubby goes 2 work it will be pure bliss! Prince,Prince & more Prince! It's practically all i play. I'm so glad i'm not the only saddo!

I do have a "Prince Music Break" at least 4 or 50 times a week.
It's more like a "jones". I could quit any time I want to...

When I go to the record store I go right to the Prince section all though I know I I`ve gotten every album thats there. I do this all the time I cant stop, I go through all the copies, after that, I can function.

I am exactly like you and I ain't mad. I left Prince once and almost died so he's home and it's where my heart is.
