The turn this thread has taken is quite interesting. I expected that standard CJ-Hate and whatnot but not some of this other stuff.

We all know had one of the music collumnists from the StarTrib done even a one paragraph blurb about this appearance it could be a featured news item and no one would care.

I personally didn't know if it was 'newsworthy' or not. But, being as we are in a dryspell with Prince right now, I can see the choice to feature it. CJ funnies aside, it lets people know that he's been around and still is popping up on stage. Which is information that follks here allegdly care about.

It's just too bad only CJ had the info. Although I'm glad someone did as a few coworkers had mentioned that Prince had been at Babalu recently and I thought it was pure rumor. Like her or not, CJ's blurb helps me know that it DID happen...
