Ditto
Disc 1 was his G (General as opposed to gangsta) hits for the masses. Disc 2 was the sexier stuff and it was the first disc to get me into his earlier stuff (I didnt buy 4U thru 2 Controversy until 1994) But I think Disc 3 is better still, those Bsides rocked. Also remember it was originally going to be called "The good, the bad and the ugly" 17 Years ago I made a commitment to Prince

Yes, you gotta buy it asap, the B-Sides disc is essential (even though they're not the extended versions). The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

I actually bought each Hits album each seperately & then the box set, too when they first came out. But then I gave away my Hits 2 release to a guy that lived upstairs from me in college. Wish I still had it...I'll eventually buy it again (b/c I'm a completist)... The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass.
