I hope a lot of people appreciate this wonderful song. The lyrics make so much sense and is pretty much one of the most straight-forward in-your-face songs Prince has ever written. Even the version on the OF4S album is good, although he changed the lyrics to make it less personal.

Hell, the entire OF4S album is phenomenal and is one of my favorite Prince albums!

Whats the general consensus on this matter? Love it? Hate it?

I prefer the original version OF4S, VERY spooky.

The original of OF4S is much better. It's so personal and moving that it nearly has me crying every time.

I like some songs on the album. I resisted buying it for ages because I didn't want to give Warners any more money, but it had to be done. I love 5 Women (has anyone heard the Joe Cocker version? Doesn't come close) and When The Lights Go Down. I also really like There Is Lonely and Sarah.
