I believe alot of Org's are expecting great music and songwriting from Prince now that he and Mani are getting a divorce.Me I'm not so sure,remember when he split from Mayte we got 1 great song(I Love U But I Don't Trust U Anymore)but mostly throw away songs such as the Rave album and the shelved High album,not bad music but certainly not great.The music he made over the relationship/breakup with Susannah Melvoin was great and I believe he did not have a filter at that time he wrote and sang how he felt regardless of it was consideres too racy,had foul language etc..He does not write from that place anymore it seems which many including myself believe has to do with the Larry G Jehova Witness conversion to which when he writes he may feel the same emotions and feelings he had when he wrote about Susannah,but now there is a filter because he has put restrictions on how he says(no cussing no raciness etc..)things in his lyrics so I'm not sure we'll get the true feelings in the music.What Do U Think?

I think he'll still write great music about this because of the artist in him, but I think that your right d/t his beliefs the songs won't be as detailed because of the lyrics that he will choose .
