What's your favorite B side Song?

I can never listen to She's Always in My Hair too many times.

When I first purchased the WDC single, right on the day it came out, I listened to the a-side three times. It was awesome of course, but I had taped the video, so I was familiar with the music. Then I flipped the record and this great song came up... but it was a b-side, and I knew very little about pop music at that point. I wondered what was wrong with me, cuz I thought the b-side was almost as good as the a-side. I figured I had no taste, so I didn't say anything about it when my sister got home and I played the record.

About two weeks after that, I went out to a disco... It was my first time alone in a gay disco and I was nervous as hell. Probably the only reason I mustered the courage to enter was that they were playing 17 Days! I followed the song like a siren call... straight to the dance floor, and I danced. So you could say I have a special place in my heart for 17 Days...

What about the complete version of "La La La He He Hee" ?

Don't forget "Love Or Money"

...And "Erotic City"'s just a CLASSIC.

Nevermind, I guess I can't answer to this topic with just one song. Back in the 80's all those B-Sides were, as a whole, as important to me as any other album. So answering to this Q would be as dsifficult as naming my favorite Prince track from a certain period, which is something I always found way too difficult.

How Come U Don't Call Me. That song is wickedly nice. When it first came out I didn't buy the single right away. I was short on money and figured the song would be on the album. Who knew! It took me 10 years, 700 miles and 20 bucks to aquire that 45. It was worth it.

"I Love U In Me."

His voice sounds so different in it...very atypical of his normal singing style, at the time, especially.

All the bsides are brilliant textured mind expanding gifts from the universal river of creativity, and more or less original in origin. They are some cool expressions! Forceful vocals and unique vibrations. All compiled in electronic exclusivity... cool How could you not like them... I love them all... heart

Vibrator

1. Erotic City - for its perfection
2. She´s always in my hair - for the way it shows off so many of the musical aspects that made his eighties output so great.
3. Shockadelica - for the truly funky vibe
4. How come you don´t call me anymore - for the intimate feeling
5. Another lonely christmas - for the lyrics
